Aster Cameo Necklace With Pearls

The Aster Cameo Necklace With Pearls features a hand-carved porcelain cameo depicting an aster flower — traditionally associated with patience, love, wisdom and elegance. Known as the birth flower of September, the aster carries a message of quiet strength and refined beauty, making it a motif chosen as much for its meaning as for its form.

The cameo is crafted in green porcelain and set in 18k gold-plated sterling silver with a protective palladium layer. It forms the pendant of a freshwater pearl necklace, where the softness of natural pearls meets the clarity of the carved floral design. Each piece is handmade in our atelier in Italy by skilled artisans using traditional techniques.

In the 19th century, flowers were used to communicate what words could not express. Within this tradition, the aster became a symbol of enduring affection and thoughtful presence — a meaning that continues to resonate through the language of cameo jewelry today.
