Shipping & Returns


We ship worldwide through UPS, DHL and FEDEX including North America, South America, Australia, Far East and Middle East.

Since each of our jewelry pieces is strictly handmade and made by order, we do kindly ask you to allow us up to 7 working days before your order is picked up by the carriers. If you need your order urgently, please drop us an email to customercare@vintouchjewels.com and we will promptly let you know the earliest available shipping date. 

Most deliveries are scheduled within 2/3 working days.
Delivery times shown include only working days and no holidays. You can track the shipment of your order through the tracking number you will find in the e-mail of confirmation of shipment.

International orders may incur additional customs or import duty charges depending on the destination country - for Canada, United States of America and United Kingdom all import duties and taxes are already included in the price as shown at check-out. In the case you're purchasing from any other country, please note that we do not cover import duties and taxes costs, therefore, you will be responsible for them. Unfortunately as these costs are beyond our control and vary between countries, we cannot advise prior to shipment how much they will be. If you would like to find out how much these charges will be, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order.



We will happily refund of exchange items that are returned within 14 days of receipt, providing they are returned in their original packaging with no signs of use or misuse.
We regrettably do not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons, nor do we accept any made to order pieces back. 

According to the current legislation, please note that in the unlikely case you are unhappy with your purchase the costs of returns, including import duties if you're returning from outside the European Union, are on your charge. 

Before proceeding to the return send us an email to customercare@vintouchjewels.com which provides: full name, address, order number – which you can find on the purchase invoice – the reason for the return and the date on which you would like our courier to collect the goods. Expenses made and any liability arising from theft and loss will be directly charged to you.

In the unlikely event that the product that you have purchased has been delivered faulty or defective, we will take care to bear all costs of shipping.

Returns are accepted for the majority of our products with the exception of the following:

  • Sale items: Any item purchased at a discount of 50% or greater will be considered final sale
  • Personalized jewelry: Any items that has been personalized - changing plating color, custom chain length or ring size or custom made.

Refunds take approximately two weeks to process since your return has been delivered to us and approved, and depending on your credit card, it can take 5 - 7 days for the refund to post to your account. Where applicable, special outbound shipping charges and PayPal commissions are not refunded.

We do monitor returns made by customers. Continued returns will be flagged and future orders potentially refused at our discretion.


In case you change your mind and wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will happily issue an immediate refund to you and cancel your purchase order. 

**Please note that starting from March 5th, 2020, PAYPAL is not refunding the commissions paid by the vendor on each transaction in case of refund.**

If you paid through PayPal and you want to cancel your order, we will refund the entire amount of it including shipping costs after deduction of PayPal commissions that are equal to 0,35€ + 3,4% on orders made from the EU or 5,5% on orders made from outside the EU. 



Inside the package containing your jewel Vintouch you will find the purchase invoice, within which there will be a purchase code. To enjoy your 1 year warranty just keep a copy of the invoice.
Please remember that the warranty does not cover any damage caused by normal wear or abuse, or improper use of the product. The guarantee does not apply also on the products on which the customer or third parties have made alterations or repairs or have been abused after purchase or handled carelessly or whose quality defects are based on a transformation by the customer.
