Tips to keep your jewelry at its best

We suggest you to avoid contacts with soaps, detergents, chlorine and any other chemical substance that could alter the original characteristics of your jewel. 
When it is not worn, keep your jewelry piece in its bag in order to protect it from natural oxidation. 
Take it off before showering or bathing. 
Only if necessary, use a suede cloth and delicately clean the surface of the jewel with warm water. 

Vintouch jewels are 100% made in Italy in full compliance with the UE Reach/Rohs directives and Nickel-free so to avoid skin irritations.

Orders & Payment

Placing An Order

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. We are not responsible for typographical errors.

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, PayPal, Amazon Pay and Google Pay. 

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be charged on total merchandise, including shipping & handling fees on all orders that are aimed to the European Union. If you're purchasing from outside the European Union, please be aware that you might need to pay duties and custom taxes. 

Repairs

Repair Policy

Your jewelry is protected from the date of purchase by a one-year warranty. We will repair at no charge to you any defect or damage found within one calendar year of the date of purchase.

Fees

There will be a 25 € fee for repairs requested after one calendar year from the date of purchase—some repairs may result in higher fees if valuable components are determined to be missing. If we cannot repair your original piece, we will gladly replace it with the same style or with a similar piece of equal or greater value.

Submitting a Repair Request

To submit your Warranty or Repair, please contact us at customercare@vintouchjewels.com. Please note that we cannot process Warranty or Repair Requests which are not accompanied by the original copy of the invoice that is sent with your purchase.

You are responsible for shipping your damaged or defective Jewelry piece to Vintouch. To ensure successful transit, please ship your piece using a reputable shipping service which provides tracking information. Upon completion, your repaired piece will be shipped back to you at no additional charge. Please allow up to eight weeks from the date your jewelry piece is received. 

For defects or damages noted after one calendar year from the date of purchase, we must receive the 25 € payment before we can process the repair.
