Placing An Order
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. We are not responsible for typographical errors.

Payment Methods
We accept all major credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Klarna and Google Pay.

Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be charged on total merchandise, including shipping & handling fees on all orders that are aimed to the European Union. If you're purchasing from outside the European Union, please be aware that you might need to pay duties and custom taxes. Warranties & Repairs

Repair Policy
Each hand-crafted Vintouch piece comes with our 2-Years Warranty. We will repair at no charge any manufacturing defect found within two calendar year of the date of purchase. 

Costs For Repairs 
In case you have accidentally scratched your jewelry or want your jewelry re-plated after your 2-Years Warranty expired, you will only be asked for a contribution to the shipping costs. The cost of the contribution may vary based on your location.

Submitting a Repair Request
To submit your Warranty or Repair, please contact us at customercare@vintouchjewels.com. Please provide us with your full name, surname, street address, email address and phone number, so that we can trace your order in our records. Once verified, our Customer Care Team will generate a shipping label for you. Please kindly note that we are not able to schedule pick-up on your behalf, so you will have to contact your local DHL or UPS office in order to schedule the pick-up of the merchandise at your earliest convenience. 

Kindly allow us up to eight weeks from the date your jewelry piece is received to fulfill the repair and ship the merchandise back to you.
